Vex - The Rebel - fought and survived the Pink Orchid Rebellion. During the rebellion they were part of a team who's goal was to set up communication and supply lines to help people to be taken care of while the battle raged on. Now that it's over, they travel the lands helping people who need it.

Just because the rebellion ended doesn't mean the wars over.
